PROGRAM:

DAY 1: Drive to Biskupin – visiting the Archaeological Reserve, drive to Gniezno – guided tour of the Gniezno Cathedral. Assumption of the Blessed Virgin Mary and St. Wojciech – located on the historic Lech Hill. It is the most important sacral monument of the city. In the Department there are, among others relics of her patron Saint Wojciech, as well as the priceless treasure of Romanesque art which is the Gniezno Door depicting the life of that saint. It is also the place of coronation of the first five kings of Poland.
Rynek Wzgórze Panieńskie, a market with adjacent churches, make up the old part of medieval Gniezno. Currently, most of the buildings are tenement houses from the 19th and 20th centuries (guided tours about 2 hours).
Transfer to Poznań, walk around the city with the pilot. Accommodation, half board.

DAY 2: Breakfast, meeting with a guide – sightseeing in Poznań (about 4h): a tour around the city, Cathedral on Ostrów Tumski, Old Market Square with Town Hall, Mary Basilica, a Jesuit church (example of Italian Baroque in Poland). Transfer to Kruszwica – guided tour (about 1.5 hours) and entrance to the Mice Tower . From its peak there is an unforgettable view of the Gopło lake, its picturesque islets and peninsulas. A break for a meal on your own. Departure to the return journey.

Price of the trip: from 200 PLN / PER person. (price depends on the number of participants and chosen hotel)The price includes: accommodation, breakfast and dinner, tour guide services – 2 days, guide in Biskupin, Gniezno, Poznań, Kruszwica, insurance, VAT tax, entrance tickets to the Archeological Reserve in Biskupin, Catherdral in Gniezno, Poznań and Ostrów Tumski, entrance to the Mice Tower. The price does not include: transportation *, entrance tickets to attractions not described above, lunch on the 2nd day,* possibility to order transportation at an attractive price (for smaller groups we rent checked buses)
